Reorganization of company management completed

Over the past year, the entire management team has worked closely together to ensure a seamless and stable transition. With the departure of Lucien Debertrand, management has now been fully transferred to the new leadership team.

With Christoph Gruber, Jürgen Adolf, and Markus Schötz-Adelhardt, a well-coordinated team from within our own ranks is taking on responsibility for the further development of our company. Christoph Gruber heads the Finance Operations department and stands for economic foresight and structural strength. Jürgen Adolf is responsible for People Operations and focuses on appreciative, modern personnel management and development. Markus Schötz-Adelhardt heads the Customer Operations department, combining strategic thinking with customer focus. 

All three have many years of experience in the industry, a deep understanding of our company, and a high level of commitment. With this new lineup, IGEL AG looks to the future with confidence and determination.
