The application process is the same for students, young professionals and experienced professionals. After receiving your application documents, we will send you acknowledgement of receipt. If any required documents are missing, we will contact you again by email or telephone so that you can submit them later. Our HR department will check your documents and make a shortlist. Your application will then be forwarded to the specialist department. Once a decision has been made, we will always contact you as soon as possible. If the decision is a positive one, we will invite you to an interview. The whole process can take some time. So we always ask that candidates are patient.

Please note that we require a covering letter, your CV and your certificates or additional qualifications, if available. If these are not available, you can also submit them later.

Please include the job you are applying for in your cover letter, unless it is a speculative application. We are also interested in what motivates you, your skills and your expectations with respect to the job. It is important for us to know which location you are interested in, when you are available to start and, if it is an internship, how long you want the internship to last. You can let us know whether this is a voluntary or compulsory internship.

Young and experienced professionals should also state their salary expectations. However, the salary range should not exceed EUR 2,000-3,000.  

For the CV, completeness of information is of course important. You should also always assess your IT skills yourself— by splitting them into the following categories, for example: Basic knowledge – Advanced knowledge – Expert.

We prefer applications by email. You can also send them by post. Please never send us original documents.

The best time to apply is three months before the desired start date! We don’t have specific hiring times, so we look for potential employees all year round.
